Rhythms on Da Runway is back and more impactful than ever! This year's event, themed "The Aqua Edition," aims to raise awareness about the effects of water pollution and how it affects us all. As a follow-up to last year's Green Edition, which focused on sustainable fashion, this year's event will touch on areas concerning illegal mining in the Atewa Forest of Ghana and its impacts and how the disposal of second-hand clothing into the ocean affects us all.
The event, which takes place in December this year will feature a night of music and fashion, showcasing the best of Pan-African heritage. The event will also feature collaborations with local environmental organizations, artists, and fashion designers to create pieces inspired by water and its importance.
